Firstly, please note that the transit time is 5 - 10 working days which is 1 to 2 weeks from the time your item was shipped.
If 3 weeks have passed since your item was shipped, please consider that delays occur and may be simply out of our control. We’re sorry your order is late.
In all likelihood, the shipment may be delayed in customs but it is still in transit to you.
