  • How do I start a return?

    You can start a return by logging into your account at account.bashfashion.co.uk or by emailing us at sales@bashfashion.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. For faulty items, please include photos to help speed up the process.
  • How long does it take to get my refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • What is your return policy if I change my mind?

    No problem. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original tags and packaging.
  • What should I do if my item is faulty or was damaged on arrival?
