  • Can I change my order after it has been placed?

  • How do I contact customer service?

    You can email our team at sales@bashfashion.co.uk. We are available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time, and aim to respond within one business day. You can also manage your orders by logging into your customer account at account.bashfashion.co.uk.
  • What is your cancellation period?

    Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. You also have a 30-day "cooling-off period" which starts the day after you receive your goods to notify us of your wish to cancel. For unshipped orders, you can cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
